NP Board approves reassignments of NPC Executives
The National Power Board approves the request of NPC President and CEO Pio J. Benavidez to have the freedom in reassigning employees and executives in support of his thrusts and programs for the corporation.
In compliance with all applicable laws, Civil Service rules and regulations and other accounting and administrative requirements, the reassignment of Vice Presidents was allowed and made effective on August 1, 2018.
From the Small Power Utilities Group (SPUG), Mr. Edmundo A. Veloso was assigned as the Vice President for Mindanao Generation, and from the Power Engineering Services, Atty. Rogel T. Teves was appointed as the Vice President for SPUG.
In view of Atty. Teves’ reassignment, Mr. Bienvenido G. Mañalac was designated as Officer-In-Charge of the Office of the Vice President – Power Engineering Services.
