ManCon Day 3: Resilient Leadership and Pledge of Commitment
On Friday, November 12, the third and last day of the NPC 2018 Management Conference tackled resilient leadership as facilitated by Atty. Maria Anthonette Velasco-Allones, Executive Director of the Career Executive Service Board.
Atty. Allones discussed the uses and value of resiliency in leadership and its framework which consists of three (3) core elements such as healthy relationships, effective performance and purposeful leadership.
Vice President for Corporate Affairs Mr. Urbano C. Mendiola wrapped up the conference by integrating the reports of each functional groups and summarizing them into easy to remember points. The final activity is the pledge of commitment of each participant to the future vision and goals of the corporation.
