NPC holds 3-day leadership and management program (LAMP) for managers, ushers innovation at the workplace
NPC on November 13 to 15 holds a leadership and management program for its management committee and managers at Eugenio Lopez Center in Antipolo City. The program carries the theme, ‘Turning Challenges into Opportunities through Innovation.’
On the first day of NPC’s leadership and management program, NPC President and CEO delivers his message and challenges participants. He reminds everyone that NPC was once confronted in the past by challenges like drought, oil crisis, foreign exchange, and privatization, but made it through because of the ingenuity and resiliency of its workforce.
“Let us bring our ideas on the table and maybe one of your ideas or several of your ideas attached together can spell a huge difference for our future,” President Pio said.
