NPC President and CEO Fernando Martin Roxas recently welcomed the delegates and officials from the Korea Water Resources Corporation (K-Water) headed by Chief Executive Officer Dr. Yun Seog-dae.

NPC’s top management and select managers have sat down in a two-day workshop to refine NPC’s vision, revisit its scorecard, and identify its priorities and strategies to ensure that it is abreast with the current demands and challenges of our time.

After years of renting out building spaces, NPC finally opened its new and permanent home in Cebu City for its Small Power Utilities Group (SPUG) – Visayas Operations Department (VOD). The newly opened office building located in Sudlong, Lahug is named after the late NPC President, Engr. Pio J. Benavidez to honor him for his works in the power industry

The National Power Corporation has recently conducted a two-day refresher training on Republic Act 9184 (Procurement Law) for the members of its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and technical working groups for various procurement activities.

𝐍𝐏𝐂’𝐬 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐆𝐞𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧’𝐬 𝟖𝟕𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲

NPC’s Mindanao Generation Group shone brightly in neon colors as they celebrated the National Power Corporation’s 87th anniversary last week.

MinGen has also conducted team-building activities to fortify bonds among its employees and honored retired employees from the Mindanao office in Iligan and the Agus-Pulangi hydropower plants. The awarding of certificates and plaques to retirees was led by MinGen Vice President Mr. Larry I. Sabellina along with the plant and department managers. PSALM Corporation President Dennis Dela Cerna also graced the simple celebration to extend his warm wishes.

There was also an employees’ assembly which updated all personnel on the recent developments and issues concerning employment. It included an open forum, allowing employees to voice out their opinions on urgent matters.
