NPC’s Mindanao Generation employees send help to quake victims in Makilala
With its strong desire to help the earthquake victims of Central Mindanao, NPC’s Mindanao Generation employees gave voluntary financial assistance for the evacuees in Makilala Institute of Science and Technology who came from Barangay Buhay, Makilala, North Cotabato.
The collected funds were used to start building decent toilets with bathrooms for the evacuees. Clean toilets are urgently needed in evacuation areas apart from food and water.
There are 400 families staying at MIST whose houses, livelihoods and farmlands were damaged by the recent earthquakes.
