NPC LFI jumpstarts online cooking session for another classroom project

To raise funds for another classroom project for Luzon in the Bicol region, the NPC Ladies Foundation, Inc. on Saturday, July 11 launched and held the first online cooking lesson with Ambassador Virginia H. Benavidez.

Ambassador Gee, whose kitchen is known for delectable and splendid dishes and desserts, made sure that the recipe she would be sharing to the participants will be easy to follow, enjoyable with children and adults, affordable, and the ingredients are easy to find & locally sourced. She also assured that the recipes are tried, tested and tasted.

The first session recipe was Crepes in Four Ways - crepes with lemon and sugar drizzle, crepes with fresh fruits and maple syrup and chocolate syrup drizzle, crepes with fresh tomatoes, basil and cheese and crepes with spinach, meat sauce and cheese.

The participants who came from NPC, their families and friends enjoyed the first virtual cooking session and even uploaded photos of their own creations.

The cooking session is open to all. To join in future sessions, payment can be made to the Foundation’s bank account (Landbank 2822-1001-23) and deposit slips should be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
