NPC organizes seminar-workshop on Root Cause Analysis
NPC through its QMS Working Group and the Training and Development Division has recently organized 3 batches of Root Cause Analysis seminar at the NPC Head office for employees from various functional groups.
The seminar-workshop was conducted by Mr. Cesar C. Fernando, Jr., Manager of the Telecoms and Security Services Division and Mr. Joffre Bustalinio, Manager of the Management Services Plant Efficiency Division of NPC.
The program, which is included in the corporation’s ISO 9001:2015 program, aims to teach and review the participants on the different tools and processes used in root cause analysis (RCA). RCA is an effective tool in determining problems, solving and improving equipment or process failures. Writing corrective action report was also discussed in the seminar.
