NPC employees participate in ASEP technical assistance trainings
NPC employees have recently attended trainings sponsored by the Access to Sustainable Energy Programme (ASEP), a joint undertaking of the European Union and the Department of Energy to help the Philippines achieve total electrification through renewable energy and energy efficiency.
A training-workshop on preparing terms of reference for multi-year projects of NPC was held at the NPC Boardroom on Monday, September 02. This training, conducted through the Government Procurement Policy Board, aims to teach participants how to establish technical specifications for diesel engines and other projects of NPC.
Another training on competency analysis was attended by representatives from NPC’s Human Resources Department. The said training is part of a series of sessions discussing competency requirements and gaps of NPC and the DOE.
