To establish tighter relations with electric cooperatives and the local government units in off-grid areas, NPC holds on Thursday a Customers’ Congress in its head office in Quezon City.

In the congress, customers in the persons of electric coops general managers and board of directors were able to ask freely on the status of NPC projects in their islands. They were likewise updated on NPC’s capacity addition programs for next year and the criteria for granting capacity additions.

At the end of the program, both NPC and the customers vowed to have constant communications to better assist the same customers they serve which is the Filipino people.
