NPC executives gather in a three-day planning session to review and redefine its vision, mission, and values, and build the organizational scorecard including its performance indicators and 2023 targets.

Led by NPC President and CEO Fernando Martin Y. Roxas and human resource & training consultant, Mennen Aracid, the 2023 NPC Management Strategic Planning carried the theme, โ€˜Achieving More with Less in a VUCA World.โ€™

The theme embodies President Roxasโ€™ vision of creating innovative and sustainable solutions for NPCโ€™s operations. The managers presented and discussed causal loops in the various areas of the corporationโ€™s operations; the economic, political, social, technological, legal, and environmental challenges it confronts; and the organizational enablers or the resources that can allow NPC achieve its goals, among others.

The planning session's outputs will be collated and used to help NPC lay the next steps toward reaching its 2023 corporate goals and objectives.
