Brig. Gen. Romeo Racadio, commander of the 2nd Marine Brigade on Tuesday visited NPC and met with the NPC Management Committee for a briefing on the security and peace and order programs in Western Mindanao.
Gen. Racadio earlier met NPC President and CEO Fernando Martin Roxas on the latterโs visit to Tawi-Tawi where the former is currently stationed.
Since NPC operates several power plants in Tawi-Tawi, Sulu and Basilan, Gen. Racadio took the opportunity to visit and update NPC on the mandates of the Philippine Marines and the strategies it undertakes to protect our seas and territory and promote peace among communities. Both NPC and Gen. Racadio hope that the meeting will pave the way for future collaboration.
