NPCโs Mindanao Generation Group conducted a two-day Maintenance Summit in Pulangi IV hydropower plant in Bukidnon to further improve the manning of the seven hydropower plants and exchange valuable knowledge and experiences among personnel.
The summit allowed presentations on the 2024 plant maintenance schedules, best practices in plant operations, and the breakdown of equipment failure of the participants from the Agus-Pulangi hydropower plants. They were joined by MinGen Vice President, Engr. Larry Sabellina.
The program included team-building activities to strengthen the bond between and among the plant operators and maintenance teams. A workshop on crafting standardized maintenance scheduling for electrical and mechanical equipment.
For the fellowship program, PSALM Corporation invited senior high schools from the Mindanao Tribal School (and seven (7) tribes of Bukidnon) who showcased a cultural presentation.
