NPCโs top management and select managers have sat down in a two-day workshop to refine NPCโs vision, revisit its scorecard, and identify its priorities and strategies to ensure that it is abreast with the current demands and challenges of our time. ย
ย Subject matter expert, Mr. Audie B. Masigan facilitated the 2024 Management Strategic Planning while NPC President and CEO, Fernando Martin Y. Roxas, a long-time professor at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) shared a lecture on Thinking Inside the Box. The workshopโs outputs shall be echoed to all NPC managers at the upcoming Management Convocation.
