Philippines to host Asia-Pacific electricity industry conferences in 2019-2020
On August 17, representatives from Meralco, NPC, TransCo and NGCP (Team AESIEAP Philippines) met with Energy Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi and Usec. Wimpy Fuentebella to apprise them on the ongoing preparation for the Association of the Electricity Supply Industry of East Asia and Western Pacific (AESIEAP) 2019 CEO Conference and the Conference of the Electric Power Supply Industry (CEPSI) 2020.
The Team AESIEAP Philippines spearheads the preparation for the said events and will also represent the country on the turn-over ceremony of Chairmanship on September 2019 in Kuala Lumpur.
