NPC lays strategic plan for 2020 to 2026
NPC’s top management and key officials on October 22-23 have gathered for a management strategic planning with Mr. Audie B. Masigan, an organizational planning and learning, and development expert.
The two-day discussion and brainstorming revisited the corporation’s vision, mission, core values, and strategy map. At the end of the session, the group has come up with revitalized direction and strategies that will allow NPC to be more relevant in the coming years.
