NPC Executives gather for 2017 Management Conference
It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent but the one most receptive to change, said NPC President and CEO Pio J. Benavidez in the beginning of his keynote address during the first day of the 2017 Management Conference on Wednesday.
President Benavidez talked about how NPC will continue to aspire, innovate and evolve by adapting to the ever changing technology and to the best practices in the industry.
Likewise, each functional group discussed their master plans and roadmap for the corporation’s mandates such as missionary electrification and watershed management; Agus and Pulangi Rehabilitation and Dams Management; Operations improvement which covers operations in SPUG, Mindanao Generation and Resource Management Service; Financial Outlook and Organizational Development; and Legal Concerns.
