NPC LFI’s first blood drive for 2019, a success!

The NPC Ladies Foundation, Inc. has once again conducted a blood letting project as part of its mission to create a lasting difference to the lives of its beneficiaries. On March 18, 77 blood donors from NPC and its neighboring agency, National Irrigation Administration, passed the screening.

NPC LFI President, Ambassador Virginia H. Benavidez profusely thanked the blood heroes – the generous donors, Dr. Serge Denoga, Dr. Angelica Joy and the rest from the Philippine Blood Center of the Department of Health; and Ms. Nenita Paulino and Ms. Armi Glenda Lanting of LFI who are in charge of the project. She also extended her appreciation to everyone who helped in setting up and serving of food for the donors.

“All of us continue to thank and praise GOD for enabling NPC-LFI and the PBC, DOH Team to carry on with the blood donation drive that contributes to the saving of lives of our people and fulfills our mission of helping together for the greater good,” Ambassador Gee said.

NPC LFI members were delighted as they have exceeded the target of 75 donors. May the heroes continue to give the gift of life on future blood drives, they said.
