NPC continues to manage the contracts with independent power producers (IPPs) in the main grids of Luzon and Visayas, for and on behalf of PSALM Corporation. It also operates and maintains, for PSALM, the Ilijan Natural Gas Receiving Facility (INGRF) and the 14.7-km natural gas pipeline from Tabangao to Ilijan in Batangas to provide fuel for the 1200MW Ilijan Combined Cycle Power Plant. It also continues to preserve the mothballed Bataan Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP), including the Nuclear Power Village, as well as the Hotel and Training Center located in Bataan.
