NPC’s HR joins HAPUA Job Analysis and Evaluation Workshop

NPC’s Human Resources personnel, Ms. Delia Bahena and Ms. Miriam Dannette Roque, join HR leaders of various utility companies from ASEAN countries in a 2-day workshop on Job Analysis and Evaluation held in Meralco Center in Pasig City on April 19-20, 2018.

The workshop was aimed at creating a network among HR practitioners in the power industry and share best practices. It was facilitated by Mr. Bobby Marquez, Jr, a full-time HR consultant and an active member of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).

The learning session was hosted by Meralco, NPC, National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, and National Transmission Corporation, as part of HAPUA (Heads of ASEAN Power Utilities/Authorities) Working 5’s initiative.
